Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous staffing, scheduling, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred.
• CNA certification is highly preferred; CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate call-offs and secure replacement staff as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and communicate shortages to leadership.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
• Assist with scheduling adjustments, shift swaps, and time-off requests.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, department leaders, and administration.
• Support compliance with facility staffing requirements and policies.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
