The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Two+ years of administrative/clerical experience and staffing experience are required, with CNA/CMT certification

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience
• Staffing experience is a must
• CNA, CMT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
