The Staffing Coordinator will coordinate daily staffing with facilities, anticipate needs with Nursing Managers and Supervisors, and maintain an organized office environment. This role reports to the National Director of Staffing Operations and TRA Supervisor/Lead.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: staffing, scheduling and workforce management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current update of facility needs.
• Contacts facilities regarding progress toward filling outstanding needs.
• Ensure approval for all OT booked by TRA and document in scheduling system.
• Coordinate confirmation timely beginning 3 hours prior to shift start to contact all TRA personnel.
• Communicate staff changes to appropriate parties per policy.
• Maintain work orders and document accurate reasons.
• Provide resolutions to issues based on customer needs and expectations.
• Document staffing requests and activity in systems.
• Reply to all client and TRA communications and voice messages.
• Answer all phone calls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory directives and policies.
• Forward corrective actions and facility concerns up the chain.
• Liaise between staff, vendors and facilities to meet staffing requirements.
• Establish harmonious relationships with facilities.
• Provide detail notes on shift activity and staffing changes at shift change.
• Participate in special projects.
