The ideal candidate holds a BSN, a master's degree in health administration or related field, and at least 5 years of nursing management experience with active RN licensure and Vibra-approved BLS/ACLS certifications.
Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50‑bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32‑bed SNF providing long‑term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical‑care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast‑paced, friendly work environment where you can get to know your patients and their families.
Direct and facilitate the activities of nursing and clinical services, assuming an active leadership role in the hospital’s decision‑making structure and process. Ensure competence of the clinical staff, appropriate staffing for patient care, and clinical program development. Develop hospital‑wide systems, policies and procedures to meet patient‑care needs. Oversee staffing plans and departmental budgets, plan resource utilization, maintain or improve the work environment, and monitor and improve the quality and appropriateness of care. Ensure adequate staff for patient acuity. Work closely with physicians to address patient‑care needs and enhance patient‑care systems. Promote the facility through active involvement in internal and external health‑care activities.
The wage range for this role is $135,200 / yr – $178,381 / yr, based on factors including skill sets, experience, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
