• Receives daily staff requests from multiple facilities and fill them based on highest need efficiently.
• Generates, manages, and updates master schedules while making adjustments as needed according to census fluctuation, call-ins and planned leaves.
• Handles problems and complex issues with resourcefulness and a solution-oriented approach.
