Qualifications

• 1 year administrative healthcare experience with staff coordination, scheduling and timekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) required.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Kronos Timekeeper and Scheduler knowledge.
• Knowledge of staff competency and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare work schedules for staff to meet unit needs.
• Communicate scheduling changes with unit managers and office managers.
• Receive daily staff requests from multiple facilities and fill based on highest need.
• Maintain attendance records and timekeeping across units.
• Assist with orientation, training materials, and general department needs.
• Provide service-oriented support and problem-solving to staff and managers.
