Responsibilities

• NHPPD calculations daily.
• Developing and implementing schedule for staffing needs.
• Identify employee requirements.
• Prepare work schedule.
• Notify registry agencies for early and ongoing bookings.
• Maintains registry binder for all registry personal's timesheets.
• Determine staffing shortage and report open shifts.
• Work with HR/Payroll in determining NHPPD through timesheets.
• Confirm LVN and CNA working hours to ensure adequate staffing per shift.
