365 Health Services seeks an energetic Client Services Manager to lead recruiting and staffing across its Pittsburgh area offices. You will develop strategies to attract, screen and hire healthcare professionals while coordinating on-call coverage and ensuring client, consumer and referral source satisfaction.

Ideal candidates demonstrate high integrity, solution-orientation and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire healthcare professionals.
• Sources candidates using various recruitment tools and methods.
• Responsible for on-call duties during non-business hours and weekends.
• Matches candidate skills to client needs through screening and interviewing.
• Conducts reference checks on candidates' background and experience.
• Ensures candidates meet hiring standards for 365 Health Services and contracts.
• Negotiates salary and terms of employment with candidates.
• Schedules direct care workers and field staff for placements.
• Manages staff on assignment and provides coaching as needed.
• Maintains relationships with clients, consumers and referral sources.
