The role requires extensive healthcare sales experience, strong consultative selling, and the ability to travel up to 50% while delivering strategic account plans and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, biotechnology, or related sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
• Experience building and managing provider relationships within physician offices, hospitals, clinics, or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent in-person customer visits throughout assigned territory.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and business reviews to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans aligned with business goals.
• Track sales activities, referral trends, and account performance.
• Communicate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities to leadership and business partners.
• Represent CVS Specialty professionally in all customer interactions.
