Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Catering experience a plus; high-volume foodservice background desirable.
• Knowledge of quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation is essential.
• Must be experienced with computers; MS Office, Outlook, Internet skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Culinary Department and daily operations.
• Support Executive Chef with cost controls and menu planning.
• Develop and execute catering events and new culinary programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and culinary team on program rollouts.
