Qualifications
- 5 years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales, or similar
- Ability to explain complex technology in plain language
- Experience with SaaS architecture and REST APIs
- Scripting in Python/JavaScript or similar
Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities with Sales, scope solutions, and design implementation approaches
- Lead discovery sessions with clinical/operational/IT stakeholders
- Deliver demos, presentations, and PoCs
- Answer RFPs and security questionnaires with accurate written responses
- Design integrations with Epic, ServiceNow, HL7-based systems
- Create technical documentation and SOWs
- Travel around 40% for onsite visits and go-lives
