Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Consulting Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of healthcare solutions within our EHR and care record environments. You will partner with clients to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions, SQL reporting, and data transformations across engagement lifecycles.

This role requires strong consulting, project leadership, and communication skills, with hands-on SQL expertise and experience in healthcare IT

Qualifications

• 4+ years in health care IT implementation or consulting.
• 1 year of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience writing/optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
• Ability to present architecture concepts succinctly.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise during client engagements to deliver workflow and solution design.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, and maintenance.
• Assess client workflows and identify opportunities for integration and risk.
• Serve as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain client relationships and escalate issues, knowledge, and engagement support.
• Proactively resolve escalated problems using solution knowledge during installation, operation, or testing.
• Manage client expectations to ensure delivery goals are met.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on methodology and roles.
