Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a seasoned solution consultant to lead client engagements in healthcare IT, focusing on workflow design, implementation, and ongoing support across EHR platforms.

You will guide clients through current and future workflows, lead solution design, mentor teams, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years health IT implementation or consulting experience.
• 2+ years Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
• 1+ year project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams.
• Ability to document and present architecture concepts clearly.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise during client engagements to deliver workflow and solution design.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, and maintenance.
• Act as primary consultant for solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships and escalation support.
• Resolve escalated problems using solution knowledge during installation, operation, or testing.
• Manage client expectations and ensure delivery meets engagement goals.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on recommended methodology practices.
