Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Cohort Services Manager to drive adoption of our AI platform across health systems. You will lead live trainings, create engaging content, and manage programs and events that connect stakeholders from frontline staff to executives.

The role requires 3–6+ years in training/enablement, strong writing, and public speaking skills, with travel up to 20%. Remote work within the United States is supported and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience in roles combining training/enablement, content creation, and event or program management.
• Excellent written communication skills, with ability to draft or edit content for external publication.
• Confident public speaking and facilitation, comfortable presenting to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of training and enablement across partner health systems.
• Plan and execute engagement communications to drive platform adoption among clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Deliver live training sessions and develop on-demand collateral for operators.
• Develop case studies and executive-facing materials to demonstrate adoption impact.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder events and collaborative sessions across health systems.
