SMDigital is seeking a remote Healthcare Support Specialist to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and guide patients through intake with care and professionalism.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, document all interactions, and maintain strict confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Flexible, fully remote opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in healthcare, medical, or call center environments (required).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization is a plus.
• Compassionate communicator who makes patients feel safe and cared for.

• Able to navigate multiple systems and handle high call volumes.
