Aurora Health Care is seeking a candidate to plan, coordinate, and support simulation-based programs. The role includes setting up and tearing down simulation activities, maintaining equipment, and coordinating upgrades with facilitators across facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in healthcare simulation operations or related clinical/tech roles, with BLS certification and strong MS Office skills. This position aligns with Advocate Aurora Academy’s learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of healthcare simulation operations experience or clinical/tech background.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Plans, schedules and coordinates simulation programs with facilitators and equipment.
• Maintains equipment used in simulation training and coordinates upgrades.
• Maintains and replenishes inventory as needed.
• Provides training and acts as a resource for confederates and simulation technologies.
• Maintains proficiency in existing and emerging simulation technologies.
• Collects and coordinates accurate data in support of simulation activities.
• Manages internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributes to system-wide learning strategies with Advocate Aurora Academy.
