Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare simulation operations, clinical experience or technology.
• Associate's Degree in Organizational Development or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel to Advocate Aurora Health facilities.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate simulation programs, including setup, tear down, and equipment programming.
• Maintain and troubleshoot simulation equipment and software upgrades.
• Maintain and replenish inventory.
• Provide training and serve as a resource for confederates and simulation technologies.
• Keep up-to-date with current and emerging simulation technologies.
• Collect and coordinate data to support simulation activities.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Support development of system-wide learning strategies with Advocate Aurora Health.
