Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health in Milwaukee is seeking a full-time Simulation Education Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and support simulation-based programs across facilities. You will set up, program, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain training environments while coordinating with facilitators and staff.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Organizational Development or related field, 2 years of related healthcare simulation experience, and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in organizational development or related field is required.
• Two years of healthcare simulation operations, clinical experience, or technology experience preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and coordinates simulation-based programs with facilitators.
• Maintains and troubleshoots simulation equipment and software.
• Maintains inventory and replenishes supplies as needed.
• Provides training and acts as a resource for confederates and simulation technologies.
• Maintains proficiency in existing and emerging simulation technologies.
• Collects and coordinates data to support simulation activities.
• Manages internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Contributes to system-wide learning strategies with Advocate Aurora Academy.
