Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health Corporate - Simulation Education Program seeks a full-time coordinator to plan, schedule, and operate simulation-based programs, including setup, teardown, equipment programming, and maintenance. Office-based role with regular weekday hours and occasional travel.

The position supports training, data collection, stakeholder management and system-wide learning initiatives; requires 2 years in healthcare simulation operations, an Associate's degree and BLS certification, plus

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; healthcare simulation operations experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 2 years of healthcare simulation operations, clinical experience or technology desired.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and coordinates simulation programs with facilitators, including setup, teardown, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintains simulation equipment and coordinates upgrades and regular maintenance.
• Maintains and replenishes inventory as needed.
• Provides training and serves as a resource for confederates and simulation technologies.
• Maintains proficiency in existing and emerging simulation technologies.
• Collects and coordinates accurate data to support simulation activities.
• Manages internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributes to Advocate Aurora Academy to guide system-wide learning strategies.
