Qualifications

• Ability to work at all satellite locations throughout the region as needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-simulation activities: sets up equipment and assists with patient simulation materials.
• Executes simulation-based education support: operates simulated vitals and aids facilitator.
• Completes post-simulation activities: supports debrief and documentation.
• Collaborates with team to improve processes and patient-focused care.
• Maintains a clean, organized work environment and adheres to safety standards.
