Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Simulation-based Education (SBE) technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot AV and medical equipment across the Simulation Center and satellite locations. You will coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions and maintain safety and privacy standards.

The role demands hands-on setup, maintenance of equipment, and the ability to work in a dynamic team while supporting learners and facilitators in real-time scenarios.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Patient Care Technician, EMT, Paramedic, direct patient care or healthcare simulation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test simulation, audiovisual and medical equipment per course materials.
• Record/stream simulation-based education and monitor learner actions; troubleshoot as needed.
• Debrief with faculty and learners; help prepare the lab for next scenario.
