Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in patient care or healthcare simulation preferred.
• Education and certifications relevant to simulation support are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test simulation equipment and props.
• Operate simulation and record/stream education materials.
• Assist facilitators with debrief and learner performance feedback.
• Prepare lab for next scenario or event.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment including supplies and equipment.
• Assist with tours and community outreach as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trinity Health standards.
