Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Simulation Technologist to support nursing simulation labs across campuses. Responsibilities include managing manikins, AV equipment, and simulator software to ensure high-quality student experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of simulation experience in an educational setting, with CHSOS preferred and required to obtain within three years if not certified at hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare preferred; paramedic, medic, EMT, emergency tech, CNA, or hospital technician required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of simulation/lab equipment and operation manuals.
• Programs simulator software to model physiological responses.
• Operates audio-visual and debriefing systems for simulations.
• Provides technical support for faculty, students, and staff in simulation labs.
• Proctors exams as needed.
• Maintains equipment inventories and maintenance records.
