Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Relationship Executive-Healthcare Services-Executive Director to grow and retain profitable relationships within the Healthcare Services segment as part of the Middle Market Banking team.

You will be the focal point for client acquisition, delivering the full capabilities of JPMorgan Chase to healthcare clients, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive innovation and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with above average performance in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue new client relationships with emerging middle market healthcare delivery platforms
• Review and respond to inquiries from clients regarding treasury and credit
• Acts as a conduit to the full capabilities and resources of J.P. Morgan Chase for clients and prospects
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
