Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate the Heart Group’s business operations at LGH. You will manage personnel, scheduling, access, and billing workflows, working with service line leaders and system partners to drive efficiency and patient care excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, and process improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting physician development and service line growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five+ years for medical practice healthcare exp.
• Five+ years for billing, financial reporting, data entry, scheduling, referrals auths, or check in out.
• Three+ years for prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates department unit business functions, including personnel management and business operations.
• Works closely with providers, Service Line leadership, and system representatives.
• Develops departmental goals and objectives with physicians and leaders.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures to improve access and business operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
