Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Phoenix seeks a Hospital Customer Advocate to drive retention and growth of hospital linen programs. This field-based role builds strong customer relationships, promoting hygienic standards and cost-effective solutions.

You will manage inventories, educate on linen services, and collaborate with sales to identify opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring accurate paperwork and timely invoicing. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Proficiency with computer applications and technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Promote values and positively impact associates, community, customers and patients.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with products and services, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts, and maximize contract term.
• Conduct inventories, inspect utilization of digital inventory tools, recover product, recommend changes based on utilization.
• Linen awareness, hygiene standards, EVS/linen tech huddles, rounding and customer education.
• Utilize tools to communicate with customer contacts, log activities, and to make data-based recommendations benefitting the customer and ImageFIRST.
• Pricing, codes, quantities, availability, and product application with hospital clients.
• Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy, credits, collection requirements.
