HealthBay is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives across our healthcare operations. The role requires strong project management skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a drive to implement transformative changes across departments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
