Trinity Health and Loyola are seeking a Full Time (0.9 FTE) Day shift position focused on ensuring clear communication between staff, patients, and families. The role manages paging, phones, IT help desk requests, and supports inventory and medical records with data entry and chart preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Required).
• Minimum Experience: Less than one year (Required).
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients and families to relay patient-related information in a timely manner.
• Manage the paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations.
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate medical records by data entry and chart preparation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote professional development through ongoing learning.
