The ideal candidate has 4–10 years in healthcare security or related fields, plus 2–4 years of supervision. California Guard Card and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid government-issued driver’s license.
• Possess an active state-issued guard card (California).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security shifts and ensure coverage per schedule.
• Conduct roving patrols and monitor facility for safety.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with care teams to protect patients, staff and visitors.
• Act as a relief to the Security Account Manager during off-hours or absences where needed.
