The role involves supervising 4–10 officers per shift, conducting performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement in security operations.

Qualifications

• Active AED certification and HIPAA/healthcare safety awareness.
• CPI training active within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Security Officer Healthcare Training within 6 months of hire.
• Florida driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops, creates, and presents officer training programs for ongoing staff development.
• Conducts performance evaluations and career development discussions with staff.
• Manage staff performance, coaching, and documentation for promotions or termination decisions.
• Ensure licensures, certifications, and education are kept up to date by staff.
