Responsibilities

• Performs security patrols of the hospital, garage and perimeter.
• Recognizes and mitigates conditions compromising security; responds to incidents.
• Reports and corrects safety violations; preserves evidence.
• Checks visitors and staff IDs/passes.
• Notifies supervisor of security/safety issues; follows post orders.
• De-escalates disruptive behavior and maintains composure.
• Submits work orders to fix safety/security violations.
• Responds promptly to emergency calls and adheres to policies.
