Carle Health is seeking a security professional to protect patients, visitors and staff at our Urbana, IL location. Duties include patrols of the hospital and grounds, recognizing security risks, and immediate mitigation of issues while maintaining professional conduct.

You will document incidents, preserve evidence and respond to emergencies with trained de-escalation techniques. The role requires IL driver’s license, FOID, TASER certification, CPI training, and BLS within stated timelines.

Formación

• Driver’s license valid in Illinois (ILSOS) or within 90 days for new residents.
• FOID card within 6 months.
• CPI training within 3 months.
• BLS training within 30 days (AHA).
• TASER certification.

Responsabilidades

• Performs productive security patrols of the hospital, garage and perimeter.
• Recognizes conditions compromising security and takes immediate action to mitigate.
• Reports and corrects safety and security violations encountered during patrols.
• Writes accurate incident reports and preserves evidence.
