Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
• Interacts with patients, visitors, and teammates; maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Performs interior and exterior patrols, identifies hazards, conducts safety audits, and assists with crowd control and traffic management.
• Responds to emergencies, de-escalates conflicts, and uses force if necessary in a controlled manner.
• Investigates incidents, prepares reports, and coordinates with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintains training in radio communications, de-escalation, hemorrhage control, and restraint procedures.
