Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technology systems (surveillance cameras, access control, alarms).
• De-escalate hostile situations and resolve conflicts without force where possible.
• Respond to emergencies, enforce policy, and protect patients, visitors, and staff.
• Collaborate with HR and law enforcement for investigations and safety.
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare for drills (e.g., infant abduction, active shooter).
