Tarian seeks a Security Program Manager to lead security operations within a hospital healthcare setting. You will manage staffing, training, and client relationships while aligning security programs with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, risk mitigation, and collaboration with hospital leadership to enhance safety and protection across sites. A strong background in healthcare security and program management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of management experience in a service setting or equivalent.
• IAHSS Certification preferred or must be completed within six months of assignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking skills for committee meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and motivate staff.
• Must obtain/maintain armed security licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage timecard processing, overtime, and payroll accuracy.
• Conduct weekly site inspections and client visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for operations and staffing issues.
• Lead and coordinate new account start-ups, staffing and onboarding.
• Develop security standards and training programs with hospital leadership.
• Oversee budgeting and deployment of security staff and programs.
