Job summary

Tarian Group is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to provide direct security and related public services in a hospital setting. You will help maintain safety for patients, staff and visitors while upholding the client’s values and culture.

Responsibilities include deterrence of illegal activities on hospital property and supervising at-risk patients when needed. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for those offered employment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to stand/walk for full shift; lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving guidelines if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety of hospital, staff, patients, and visitors; act as visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
