Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Provide constructive performance conversations to maintain peak levels
• Ensure security officers are adequately trained and job-ready
• Handle discipline and termination of employees
• Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
