Tarian is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and administer the security program within a hospital/healthcare setting. You will guide staffing, training, client onboarding, and policy development to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and IAHSS certifications. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of management experience in a service setting or a mix of education and experience.
• IAHSS Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong public speaking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and motivate staff.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant armed security licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a security program across hospital/healthcare settings.
• Oversee timecard processing, payroll accuracy, site inspections, and client visits.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for operational issues and staffing.
• Manage supervisors and security officers at client sites.
• Coordinate new account start-ups including staffing, onboarding, and implementation.
• Develop security standards, policies, and training
• Analyze security data to identify trends and mitigate risk.
