Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Springfield, IL. You will provide patient and visitor support while patrolling healthcare facilities, maintaining a visible security presence, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, monitoring entrances, and documenting incidents. Schedule is Thu-Sun 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and escalate unusual activities as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
