Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, escalating unusual activity as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communications with site contacts and emergency responders.
