Responsibilities

• Monitor fire, intrusion, duress, and security alarms and respond appropriately.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to prevent and detect incidents.
• Maintain logs and write incident reports with accurate details.
• Escort staff, visitors, and patients as requested and assist with badge/visitor management.
• Direct people to parking and entrances and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide safe and polite assistance to all individuals on site.
