Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg is looking for a Protection Officer I to monitor security systems and ensure safety for staff, patients and visitors in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role includes patrolling, responding to incidents, escorts, and maintaining logs; required are a high school diploma or GED and CPI/CPR/BLS/AED certifications within stated timeframes, with prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Prior security experience in health care or similar setting (Preferred).
• Ability to monitor security systems and respond to incidents.

Responsabilités

• Monitor fire, intrusion, duress, and security alarm systems and respond as appropriate.
• Escort employees, visitors, and patients as requested.
• Patrol interior and exterior to prevent and detect criminal activity.
• Write traffic warnings and incident reports; maintain logs and equipment.
• Direct and assist patients, visitors and staff to entrances and parking areas.
