• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• IAHSS certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Minimum six months of experience in police, military, or security, preferably in a health care setting.
• Current Washington or Idaho state driver’s license (driving is not required).
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• First Aid training within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct general security to protect people and property and enforce policies.
• Deter criminal activity and misconduct using tactical techniques.
• Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills as required.
• Operate security equipment and weapons detection devices to monitor patients/visitors and remove contraband.
• Apply appropriate techniques with assistive devices when engaging with combative individuals.
