Responsibilities

• Patrol facilities and grounds on foot or by vehicle and investigate incidents.
• Report incidents and assist police when needed, including court testimony.
• Greet customers and provide directions to facilities and escorts when appropriate.
• Direct traffic around hospital facilities and manage loading/unloading zones.
• Secure doors, windows, alarms, and equipment; notify staff of problems; maintain records.
