• Directs vehicle traffic to prevent congestion and enforces parking rules.
• Safely restrains unruly individuals and authorities, following protocol.
• Inspects doors, alarms, and equipment; notifies maintenance as needed.
• Documents thefts, accidents, and incidents with clear, complete reports.
