Qualifications

• Experience in crisis management, de-escalation and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of aggressive/combative patients.
• Monitor high-risk patients in the ED with proper documentation.
• Assist in proper application of restraints and document events.
• Provide documentation of security incidents and activity.
• Conduct security/safety rounds of the facility during shift.
• Liaise with Medical Examiner, funeral directors and families per protocols.
• Support security for Concord Hospital satellite offices and training programs.
