Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare security, corrections, police, military, or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing aggressive/combative patients and document incidents.
• Conduct security and safety rounds; maintain proper use of restraints and behavior techniques.
• Provide security for the facility and satellite offices; coordinate with local law enforcement.
• Prepare reports and communicate security concerns to leadership; attend trainings as scheduled.
