Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of security or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare security experience preferred.
• Crisis intervention experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Patrol hospital buildings and grounds to maintain a safe environment.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor passes and monitor access.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with de-escalation of disruptive situations.
• Prepare detailed incident and security reports.
• Monitor surveillance and security equipment.
• Support patient, visitor, and staff assistance with directions and escorts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and respond to safety concerns.
