Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security officer experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Active auto insurance coverage maintained as a condition of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-visibility security patrols in clinics, grounds, and parking areas to deter incidents and identify risks.
• Monitor and report safety hazards (lights, spills, walkways).
• Respond to incidents involving patients, staff, or visitors and document thoroughly.
• Enforce access control policies and escort to vehicles if needed.
• Greet and assist patients, employees, and guests professionally.
• Escort patients needing assistance and provide safe transport when required.
• Maintain safety documentation and comply with IIPP procedures.
