Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC seeks a Security Manager to oversee security personnel and implement the hospital's Security Management Plan. You will ensure a safe, threat-free environment and regulatory compliance while coordinating with police and emergency teams.

Lead security operations, budget planning, and collaboration across Environment of Care and safety programs. A healthcare security background and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in security, parking, emergency management, or related field.
• Two or more years in supervisory or managerial roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with security systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of CAL-OSHA, CDPH, HIPAA, CMS and hospital emergency codes.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
